2263 Heritage Villas - beautifully renovated kitchen, baths, flooring, electronics, and furnishings. We have filled this stunning villa with every amenity that we appreciate when we vacation. Nestled in the heart of Sea Pines, this villa is just steps away from Harbour Town, which features the iconic lighthouse, Harbor Town Golf Links, and an array of shopping, dining, and watersports options for the entire family. More shopping and dining close by at the Shops at Sea Pines Center!
The decor is super stylish with a beach chic theme of cool neutrals and soft, inviting surfaces. The kitchen is outfitted and equipped with everything you need to cook-- or not!
Each bedroom (3 Kings and 2 twins) is completely comfortable with the best bed linens we could find, plus a smart Tvs in every bedroom. Laundry is a breeze with a full-size washer/dryer in a dedicated laundry room for your convenience.
This villa features fabulous lagoon views with a water fountain. The outdoor lounge chairs and dining table create the perfect place to enjoying morning coffee, drinks, or dinner.
Attention to detail is apparent in every corner of this sublime space, which is ideal for hosting up to 8 guests.
PAYMENTS: For reservations made thirty (30) days or less days prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time the reservation is made. For reservations made thirty-one (31) days or more prior to arrival, payment of 25% of the total is required, and the full amount of travel insurance premium, if accepted, is required at the time of booking. The balance of the final total is required thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long-term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire.
CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive a full refund of your deposit up to 31 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made 14 to 30 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of the total payment. At 13 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes non-cancelable and non-refundable. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.
COMMUNITY POOL: Less than 1-minute walking and just for Heritage Villas guests. Only OPEN April-September each year.
TENNIS COURTS: The Sea Pines Racquet Club is steps away, featuring pickleball and clay courts for tennis (court fees may apply)
HOW FAR TO THE BEACH: 10 minutes by bike or 2 minutes by car to the Sea Pines Beach Club.
BEACH CLUB ACCESS/PARKING On-site parking AT the Beach Club is permitted for all overnight guests, Labor Day-mid March. From mid-March through the end of summer, special Beach Trolleys transport guests from various parking spots within Sea Pines to the Beach Club. Full details will be provided at the time of your reservation, or simply inquire for more information. DAY AFTER LABOR DAY THROUGH MARCH, EVERYONE MAY PARK AT THE BEACH CLUB.

WHAT’S INCLUDED: Your property will come stocked with all of the household amenities you will need for the duration of your stay, including trash bags, dish soaps, perfume-free laundry products, paper towels, bath tissues, hand and bar soaps, and more. We also stock beach toys, beach chairs, and umbrellas-- really, all you have to do is come and enjoy.
