Summary: We had a fantastic week! The house was great… Beach and heated pool were fantastic! Great views from house! Located Close to a small grocery store, which was nice. Our biggest complaint would be that we had to restock everything from toilet paper to paper towels and basic kitchen spices…you warned us in advance, so we did appreciate that, and also we would suggest you adding some potholders to your house… There were two tiny silicone ones, but they were super hard to use (especially on heavier casserole dishes),and one was tore. And you might add a larger casserole dish for groups that have many guests staying…that would be helpful. We had enough silverware, but we had a lot of younger kids with us, and the forks and spoons were very large for their mouths. It would have been nicer to have smaller ones for the younger ones. All in all, it was a great family vacation! Thank you!

Summary: We had 10 adults and 10 kids in the house. It was the perfect size for all of us. It was wonderful being located right on the beach and the view was amazing! We had the pool heated and that really made it extra enjoyable. The hot tub was perfect too. We liked that each room had king size bed with an attached bathroom. Having two bunk rooms was perfect for the girls and boys being separated and still each having their own bathroom. The house had plenty of space to spread out but provided a cozy atmosphere to hang out and enjoy time together. We loved everything about it and had a wonderful vacation!

Summary: Property was beautiful and an ideal location for the beach, pool, bike rides, access to stores and of course the pool, jacuzzi and sleeping accommodations. We had 22 and it was quite comfortable and with 5 master suites and two bunk rooms it was perfect. The icing on the cake was having an elevator. You won’t go wrong.

Summary: We had a wonderful time! Loved the house and especially loved the view and location within steps of the beach! The only critique would be the internet. We had several family members working online during our stay and we had numerous issues with the internet. The DSL internet service at the house is slow and outdated. We ended up having to use our phones and hot spots for internet service throughout the week.

Summary: The home was as advertised. It did/does need a bit of TLC to fix numerous items that did not affect our stay. Katlin (not sure on spelling) was extremely helpful. One of our vehicles had the battery die while we were there and she was having their maintenance folks come by to give us a jump start. The pool heat was supposedly turned on on Thursday prior to our arrival however it was not actually on until the pool man came out on Wednesday and got it going. All in all we were pleased with the unit. Great access to beach. No Kureig to speak of, we brought ours.
