We decorated the Adventure Villa to really enhance your vacation and the thematic approach will certainly make your stay a memorable one. Villa layout details: The kitchen is very well equipped and has new stainless steel appliances. The dining room is open on the living room, making an outstanding common area to maximize the family interactions. There is enough space for all guests to dine together.
There are 4 bedrooms;
Africa Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, King size bed.
Harry Potter bedroom with ensuite bathroom, Queen size bed.
Star Wars bedroom with full size bunk beds .
Choose your own layout for children bedroom, Pirate or Princess Frozen, twin size beds.
The villa offer a west facing private pool, to maximize the sun exposure, after all Florida is the sunshine state. As well there is a covered area with patio furniture, so you can take a break from the sun, organize a meal outside or still enjoy the warm weather on the occasional rainy days.
Villa location and surroundings: Our Adventure Vacation Villa is located in the peaceful Rolling Hills subdivision and located close to all Disney attractions and theme parks, only 3.5 miles (5km) from Disney main gate.
We are surrounded with beautiful golf courses; in fact we are neighbors to the beautiful Mystic Dunes golf club.

Summary: We enjoyed the house! The pool was fun to swim in and we played in the game room a lot. Itbhas a n64 and two controllers. If you have more kids bring extra controllers and more games. There is mario kart, banjo kazooe, wwe and hockey. The african bedroom could use a new mattress, the left side sinks. We would stay here again. I was impressed that k cups, laundry detergent and dish detergent were provided. Thanks for hosting us!

Summary: The house was incredibly decorated and well maintained. We all loved the themed rooms, especially the Harry Potter and Star Wars bedrooms and Main areas! The house was spacious, the outdoor area was perfect for a family grill out for dinner. Lived the large soaking tub in the master bathroom for soaks after a long day at the parks! Can’t wait to stay again!

Summary: This house was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. My 10-year-old niece loved the pool and game room. There was plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable and socialize, but also have some independent time. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the location was amazing. The neighborhood was very nice (but be cautious of people parking on the street) and quiet. The beds and couches were very comfortable. I especially want to point out how attentive and kind the hosts are. On the first night of our stay, one of the smoke detectors malfunctioned, and the alarm was going off frequently (this was an unavoidable incident that was no fault of the hosts or us). When we reached out to the host about the issue, they responded quickly, apologized for the situation, and had the issue resolved right away. It was very impressive. Every time we had questions for the host, they were quick to respond, kind, and understanding. I definitely plan to stay here again!
