Positive: Good location near bars and restaurants. On the edge of the amazing cliffs and sea. Pool nice and swim up room. Food good

Negative: Our patio door didn’t lock from the outside like the others. Swim up pool and terrace shadowed and tired

Positive: The location of the hotel is stunning. The views are fabulous. Quiet end of Sidari. The rooms are very good and clean. The bar and reception staff were great. The spa/massage was lovely.

Negative: The food was nice but very limited to what’s available. Lots of broken tiles by pool, lots of black bin liners full of clean towels just left lying around. The hotel could be so much better with just a few changes.

Summary: Not a 4 star, but could be easily fixed. Staff and Location fabulous

Negative: It was nice to have a gym, but the equipment was very tired and could do with being replaced.

Positive: The hotel offers exceptional service for all inclusive customers. We had family maisonette with sea few - large rooms, fresh towels, nice smell in the bathroom. Both the restaurant and the bar offer plenty of cocktails, tasty coffee and ice cappuccino all day. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Location and view are amazing!

Negative: The beach is the famous tourist attraction so was crowded
