Positive: Close to the airport, incredibly clean, beds were beyond comfortable, sound proofing was excellent and staff were super friendly.

Negative: Not much! It was a little noisy opposite due to some building works. Apartment could do with a few more utensils e.g. wooden spoon, place Matts. Food in the restaurant was great but we did have to ask for a drinks menu one night and the other we had to ask for a desert menu

Positive: Our apartment was spacious with new furniture. The cleanliness of the facility is excellent and that is something that needs to be emphasized. The pool was heated to 27 degrees. We will come again…😀☀️

Positive: The cleanliness of this place is just outstanding. The housekeeping crew deserve so much recognition. They are always cleaning and the place is spotless and smells divine.

Negative: Nothing to do with the stay as such. As in the name this is a golf resort so would be a dream for Golfers . There was not much nearby for us but a taxi helped get around the island.

Summary: Deserving of a world award for cleanliness!!!

Positive: We really loved the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was amazing and big, very comfortable beds, nice big bathroom and all super clean. The pool was also comfortabele, slightly heated so not too cold and enough sunbeds. In the immediate area there is not a lot to do so I would recommend a car. Enough free parking spots in front of the hotel.

Negative: We booked half board (breakfast and dinner included) after seeing the good reviews of the restaurant. What we didn't realize is that you're actually not getting the normal menu from the restaurant for the dinner. Unfortunately there are only a couple of choices specifically for the half board. This felt like a second rate menu, quality varied day to day, but most days were disappointing. Meat was almost never cooked as asked, usually very undercooked and almost raw. The fish on the other hand was overcooked like and dry. Also there are no vegetarian options. The staff was friendly, except when the food was not cooked to order, then they appeared to be agitated. The staff hardly put any effort in ensuring you as a guest were satisfied with your dining experience. For a restaurant aiming to be a fine dining experience the staff is not very well trained, although we understand that there is a language barrier between the guests and staff, it would behove the restaurant if the staff inquired if everything was now meeting our expectations and we were enjoying our meal. Since the options were so limited (every day the same 5 main course choices) and most of the time not properly cooked, at some point we got annoyed and just ordered from their normal menu. This time the food was actually amazing! Almost as if the qualified chef handles the higher paying customer and the interns handle the half board customer, or just a big gap in the quality of ingredients. Breakfast in general was better but also not 5 star quality. They really try to give this restaurant experience with everything "made to order", but that actually does not happen. They prepare everything beforehand and then just heat it up when you order, so it does not taste fresh. Only the eggs are actually fresh. Also it feels like they are understaffed, stressed employees and therefore not always very friendly.
