Negative: Kitchen needs attention. The dishes and silverware were dirty. The dish sponge was also dirty so we weren’t able to clean the dishes to use them. Had to buy disposable. The water filter for the fridge didn’t work.

Positive: This cozy apartment contains plenty of space to accommodate a family of 4. The location is perfect for visiting Northwestern University or Evanston in general. There are plenty of stores nearby and neighboring cities to explore. And the host is very responsive in case you need any assistance.
Negative: The parking can be limited in the front but that’s to be expected with multiple apartment buildings on the block. Checkout time could be an hour later as we made it work. But overall, it’s a great location.
Summary: Had a great time in Evanston and will return soon!

Positive: This place is a really great value. Spacious two bedroom apartment on a quiet tree-lined street in a diverse neighborhood with lots of interesting food options within walking distance. Not too bad a walk to the nearest rail line (maybe 15 minutes?).
Negative: The upstairs neighbor was a little noisy at times. Sounded like they decided to rearrange the furniture and hammer nails into the wall at about 2 AM one night 😂. Fortunately it lasted only 5-10 minutes.
Summary: Great value in a quiet neighborhood.
