Welcome to Hilton Head Island! Our villa is steps from the beach at wonderful Seaside Villas I (#135). Located in the South Forest Beach area, our villa is close to Coligny Beach and Sea Pines. This is a gated beachfront complex. Our condo is non-smoking and pet-free.
** REMINDER ** Seaside Villas is a pet-free community as per its covenants. Any pets found on condo property are subject to a daily $500 fine assessed by the condo association. (We love our pets too, unfortunately they are not allowed).
This one bedroom villa (with a pocket door for privacy) has a queen-sized bed, fully equipped kitchen, a living area with a full-sized sleeper sofa, and dining area. There is a 50" 4K flat screen TV in the living room and another flat screen TV in the bedroom -- both with cable television. Included is also an airbed with pump and another rollaway bed. The condo comes with free Wi-Fi and free long distance within the USA. There is a remodeled balcony with a terrific ocean view. On-site amenities include a pool and sun deck as well. Recent renovations include updated floors, kitchen, sofa couch, and a new queen-sized in the bedroom.

Summary: It was clean and tidy! She left notes on anything you make have questions about. A very easy walk to the beach. The pools were nice and not too crowded. Would definitely recommend for two, maybe 3 people who are comfortable with each other. It is a small space but it has everything you need. I would definitely come back!
