Positive: Room was clean and simple, no frills, refrigerator in room, good water pressure. Parking on site was great.

Negative: Beds were very firm. No tea/coffee making facilities available. There is a kettle and coffee machine in the foyer, but no tap to fill the kettle and coffee machine not working.
