Positive: Great food, particularly from the individual restaurants. The staff were a little hit and miss, some were really great, others not so much. The evening entertainment was very fun.
Negative: The room was a little dated, bath tap not working properly, hair dryer broken and the evening entertainment is repeated after one week.
Summary: Great value for money.

Positive: I had a swim up suite. The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. The food was very good at just about every buffet and restaurant. The variety and selection was endless.
Negative: Some of the staff seems to not like the brown skinned people. Especially Guadalupe who is the hostess/greeter at the Kutuk restaurant in the adult section. She would walk all the non-brown skinned people to their tables and seat them, but the brown skinned got pointed to a table. Her actions were very obvious. There was also some of the pool side attendants like Gryselda, that were not very friendly unless you tipped. We tipped everyone generously in order to get a smile or good service. The night entertainment was a bit disappointing, there really wasn't much going on as far as things to do. No food is allowed poolside. the villa shuttles take very long to get you from the lobby area.
Summary: I had a great time with my friends we all celebrated our birthdays and made the best of everything.
