Summary: Reception was very friendly but when in the Bar Casino we were overlooked by staff who were quite unfriendly, guess it may be due to being the only British people there as all the Spanish were being served first and foremost, we had to approach the staff to ask for drinks. This being the only bar on the complex it wasn't as if we had a choice of places to go. Breakfast buffet was sparse to say the least. The underground spa was a bit spooky when we went as most of the lights were out but overall a good stay, the salt water pool was brilliant.

Summary: Cool property. What they don’t tell you on booking is that it is a complex of 3 interrelated properties and they are all quite a distance from the spa facilities. If the one you book is closed or a service is unavailable they will simply move you without asking you. They moved us from a hotel perhaps 250m from the spa complex to one 500m away. Ordinarily no big deal but on a cold winter night having to walk back outside wet from the spa a bigger deal. The gigantic indoor pool was closed (also not advertised) so they “offered” us a pass to their “thermal circuit” which was indoors. We took one look at the tight enclosed hot steamy crowded rooms and maskless guests and went running for the huge outdoor pool. Asked them to comp us something else instead and they refused. The front desk was really invested in arguing that the circuit was perfectly safe. Uh, no. Also, too many kids in the outdoor pool. An adults-only slot would really improve the experience. On the other hand, swimming in a hot thermal pool under a rising full moon in the mountains=magic

Summary: Excellent deal including access to the thermal pools. The hotel was gorgeous and clean and even though there were lots of people around it didn't feel crowded.

Summary: Have been here before with our grandchildren and everything is fine. Room lovely but food in other hotel for evening was not good. Being a Sunday other restaurant was not open. That was the only thing that disappointed us.

Summary: A trip with our family and 4 month baby. Couldn't have been more helpful. Lovely rooms, cot put into room for baby, kettle also for bottles. Staff amazing. Exceptionally clean room. So nice we booked another night. Spa included in price and that was also amazing. Will be back soon.

Summary: Welcome was excellent with the receptionist keen to practice his English. Our room was spacious and clean and we were provided with extra pillows when we asked. The cleaner forgot to replace the glasses but I'm sure we could have got them had we asked (we had a couple of glasses with us so we didn't bother). Each day the room was cleaned to perfection. Breakfast in the restaurant was very good, we didn't take lunch, but were a bit disappointed with the lack of choice at dinner and on the second evening so we tried hotel termas, where the choice was better but service was so fast that we were in and out in 20 minutes! On our third night we returned to Leon and decided we preferred it!

Summary: Highly delighted.Wonderful location.We were expecting food and drink to be expensive but the prices wre very resonable.Didn't need to leave the site for anything.
