The villa is divided into 2 independent apartments. My husband and I live in one of them. The guest apartment is composed of 1 bedroom with double bed and air conditioning, 1 bedroom with 2 beds (one of them queen-size) and air-conditioning, a kitchen with oven, refrigerator with freezer, washing machine and all necessary cooking items and a large bathroom with walk-in shower and WC.
At the outside our guests can enjoy a private patio (which offers absolute privacy and faces south)with a table and 4 chairs, barbecue and pizza oven and a beautiful garden.
There is also a table football and a badminton set.

Furthermore there is a large pool for the exclusive use of our guests;
The house is situated in a residential area and is mostly surrounded by countryside, therefor I recommend a car to get around
Just a 2-minute walk away there is a large well stocked supermarket which also sells ready-made food to take away.
My house is located in a strategic position, in a 15 minutes drive you can reach Ortigia (the old city center with the famous little beach Calarossa), in 5 minutes the greek theater and in 20 minutes the nearest beaches. Also the motorway access is easy and fast, making it ideal for visiting places like Noto, Taormina, Ragusa and Modica and to explore the south-east coast of Sicily.

Summary: We are a dutch family of 4 and stayed with Charlotte in august. We had a realy great time. The garden is amasing and the pool is realy nice and very clean. The house is comfortabel and complete. The house is is a good base for day trips, nice towns, nice and beautifull beaches and to visit the Etna. We highly recorment a stay here.

Summary: The villa was perfectly located to travel around sites and tourist spots. It was clean & bright & had everything your could possibly need for self catering. We did eat out a lot as well. The pool was a really good size and was very clean. Charlotte was a lovely host. Excellent communication before our stay and had hints and tips while we were there.

Summary: Had a fantastic stay at Charlotte’s property. She was very helpful and recommended good restaurants during our stay. We are a family of four and it was really nice to have the pool for our own afternoon siesta. Good location and easy to get into Siracusa/Ortigia and beyond. Highly recommend.

Summary: We had a great stay, it was the relaxing holiday we wanted. Charlotte was a perfect host, not only regarding the villa, which was excellent but with all the useful information for the immediate vicinity and further a field. The villa was in a good location for Syracuse and for hopping on the motorway to explore the region. We would definitely recommend a stay here, if you're looking for a relaxing break, exploring or a mixture of both as we were. Perfect!

Summary: We loved staying in Charlotte’s home and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. The online description and photos are very accurate and everything we needed was provided. The house was very clean and user friendly and the lush, green garden perfect for eating and relaxing. Charlotte is a lovely, warm host always happy to help. She gave us very useful advice on places to visit and local restaurants. We thought the price was very reasonable for the accommodation provided.

Summary: Every apartment should come with its own Charlotte, very welcoming even on our late arrival and very knowledgeable with nothing seeming too much trouble. The apartment is situated 100mts from a very good supermarket that stays open till 9pm (and does fresh pizza!! to take out) . Well equipped kitchen , spacious bedrooms with fabulous aircon. Very private accommodation even though the owners lived in the front part of the property the pool area and rear patio are all yours for relaxing in and not overlooked at all. All in all a very comfortable and relaxing stay.

Summary: Our host Charlotte was very welcoming and we felt very welcom when we arrived. Good size appartment with all you need, two bedrooms with AC and a nice outdoor area, and the pool was super fun! The only thing we could think of that would make the place complete was Mar shading on the outdoor space, it gets super hot! We felt like we had the whole place to our self. There home feels safe with high fences and a gate. There is a good supermarket just a few minutes walk. There isn't much else going on just outside the hose, so you need a car to get around. The hos has good tips and hints for the area around Siracusa.

Summary: The accommodation is very good, clean and spacious bedrooms with air conditioning, a nice kitchen with everything you need and a lovely bathroom with a great shower. The outside space has an outside kitchen with pizza oven, built in barbeque and sink, with table, chairs and awning and had a lovely view over fields. The pool is clean and wasn't too cold with a tropical feel to the garden with palm trees. There is a hammock to swing in as well, perfect, We have travelled in Italy numerous times stopping in self catering accommodation and this is one of the best ones we have stayed at. The one thing this has got that the others haven't is Charlotte. Nothing was too much trouble we mentioned we liked to walk and she rang the ranger to see where was safe to roam at the moment, she told us about a lovely walk to a nature reserve and beach that we did and a great walk through a valley with limestone cliffs. It really made the holiday. We had a car but walked into town and the Island about a 45 minute walk a few times, but you can get the bus from the archeological park so only a 15 minute walk. We tended to use the barbeque but we did eat out locally there are a few restaurants only 10-15 minutes walk away. The Conrad supermarket we visited everyday as it is only a short walk away and has fresh bread, meat and fish counters. We really enjoyed our stay in Syracuse.
