2 Bedroom House in Sugar Beach, Navarre

Come enjoy the beautiful white sandy beaches of Navarre.
Our two bedroom, two and a half bathroom townhouse has all the comforts of home at the beach. There is a fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. You can also grill your meal on the grill located out back in your private patio area. We are a gulf front complex and a very short walk over our walkway to our complexes private beach area. Right out front is the newly built (2018) pool for you to enjoy. We have beach chairs, beach umbrella and some rafts and toys for your family to use during your stay. All linens are provided for you.
Downstairs is an open floor plan dining and living room with kitchen and half bath. Upstairs is two bedrooms with two full bathrooms, washing machine, dryer, and WIFI throughout the unit. Each bedroom and living room has their own television (living room has a smart tv). Two convenient private parking spots just steps from your front door.
Our complex is a very short walk to the pier, restaurants, and entertainment. If you enjoy fishing or just taking in the sights, you will enjoy Navarre's pier (longest fishing pier on the gulf).

Summary: Our family of 6 had a great week at Navarre Beach! The townhome was as described and reviewed by others. Check in was a breeze, it was clean, the kids loved the pool, and the family used the private walk out to the beach every day! We enjoyed meals on the back patio, grilled out, and used the kitchen several nights. Owner was responsive to all inquiries and very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay

Summary: We enjoyed a quiet, fun time in this safe and welcoming townhome. The pool is right out front-clean and well kept. The walk to the beach is just around the corner and the walk on is not long at all. We enjoyed the restaurants so close by and we did use door dash a bit. Great stay! Kelly is also a very kind host!

Summary: We came for a short weekend. Place was right by the beach, beach was clean and uncrowded. 2 chairs at condo helped a bunch as well as sand toys. Condo was clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Cannot wait to come again!
