Our wonderful villa offers something for everyone. Situated on a gated-community in Davenport, Orlando, a luxurious 4 bedroomed (2 kings, 1 queen and 2 twins), 3 bathroom villa. Peace, activity, sun and fun. We have a internet connection with Wifi that covers the whole area of the house including the pool deck.
Our villa is state registered and subject to regular inspection. It is managed by a professional management company, dedicated to ensuring that our villa is kept in the best condition with weekly pool, grounds and pest maintenance so that you have trouble free holiday experience in our home in the sun.
Solana Resort is an exclusive and purpose built gated community of vacation rental homes that features a large clubhouse with all the facilities that you would expect from a top rated vacation resort. Situated only minutes from Disney and near all the other central Florida attractions it is the ideal location for your vacation.
Drinks and snacks can be purchased from the front desk in the Clubhouse and there is a concierge service with helpful advice to help you plan your days out at Disney World, Seaworld, Universal Studios and the other theme parks. The friendly staff can also offer advice on nearby restaurants, shopping, golf courses or any other information that you may need to know. They are dedicated to helping guests with their vacation or conference needs.
THE PRIVATE POOL
For your security and safety there is a safety fence around the pool so little children can't wander out by the pool unbeknownst to adults. Pool heating can be requested and paid for separately. It can be activated remotely, so that means you can actually order this even after you have checked in.
THE CLUBHOUSE
Inside the air-conditioned clubhouse there is a lovely large lounge area with a widescreen television which is perfect for relaxing out of the heat. The clubhouse also offers free wireless internet access if you wish to use your own laptop either inside or out by the pool.
If you want to burn off some energy there is a fantastic fitness room with all the popular equipment free for the guests use - cycling machines, running machines and multi-gym amongst others.
CLUBHOUSE POOL/SPA/TIKI BAR
Surrounded by palm trees the pool area is a true oasis in the heart of Florida. The large colourful deck area has ample loungers and is perfect for unwinding in the Florida sunshine. If you have children and want to take a little break from the sun there are cabanas to give a little shade. You can take a dip in the inviting blue waters of the pool to cool off, or why not relax in the spa with a nice cold drink?

Summary: My husband and 11year old daughter stayed at this house for 7 nights in May, for our daughter's birthday. The house was very clean and so comfortable! It was perfect! There would have been plenty of room, the layout of the house would be great for larger groups too. Our daughter loved the Frozen theme bedroom and called it cozy.Nice size kitchen, plenty of utensils and cookware to use, same for towels in the bathrooms, very ample supply.We loved the pool and used it daily, the pool pumps are on timers, they usually ran 10am-6pm, so after 6pm the jets in the whirlpool would not activate, which was kinda of a bummer, after being at theme parks all day, whirlpool jets would have been niceWe didn't need pool heat being in late May. There wasn't any pool floats, but we had brought some pool toys from home and we did leave a boogie board there if anyone needs it.They do have strollers and coolers for use as well, we didn't use the game room, just didn't have time. We had no issues while we were there so we never had to reach out to anyone, they had very nice updated appliances and everything was in working order.Solana is a beautiful gated community, we felt safe. We stopped by the clubhouse when we first arrived but never had time to go back, but it looked very lovely, and they have an activity schedule which looked so fun!We would definitely go back to this house!

Summary: Lovely vacation home! The only thing that bothered us is that we went with heat for the pool, but the pool seemed to never actually heat up.

Summary: Pros: Overall nice place for a family vacation. Has plenty of space, and was clean. Cons: The AC was problematic. We were told that it couldn’t go below 72°, which was fine but took forever to figure out how to set it. The screen kept locking on us. The wifi must have had some sort of limit because most nights it shut off, and with the majority of TVs being smart TVs, that was tricky (we had three young children and when the rain came and they were stuck inside, it would have been nice to let them watch a movie).
