Come enjoy this 1900 sq ft spacious and serene space. This in-law suite is a private 2 br, 1 bath with full kitchen (2 beds, maximum occupancy 4) basement apartment. PLEASE NOTE, this is not the entire house. Our space includes entertainment such as a pool table, air hockey, ping pong, and card tables, board games, and an outside jacuzzi overlooking the beautiful Lake Norman. Relax on the covered patio in this quiet and tranquil cove or make yourself at home in our fully equipped kitchen. We have two kayaks and one paddleboard available for use. We also have dock space available for a boat or jet skis if you bring one or rent one.
Large and clean modern space that includes everyday living amenities without the clutter. We provide activities for both indoor and outdoor fun. We are handicap accessible, kid friendly, and family friendly, but animals of any kind are not allowed.
Guests will have access to the entire downstairs, covered patio with hot tub, backyard, dock, and lake.
We provide linens for all the beds listed and towels for bathing. However, we do not provide beach towels. We provide parking for 1 automobile. We may be able to accommodate additional parking or trailer parking. Please inquire, as this is not always available or guaranteed. Maximum occupancy is 4.
WE DO NOT ALLOW ANY ANIMALS OF ANY KIND. There are no exceptions. We are not responsible for any utilities or amenities that are inoperable due to a cause out of our control.

Summary: Unit is located in basement. Owners were upstairs entire stay which was not clear in the listing. Owners had young child who was very active making noise on floor above us. Encourage owners to more explicitly state living arrangement in listing. Pictures were a little misleading. View of “lake” was only end of finger and a couple houses. Would not book again.

Summary: This was a nice property in a beautiful cove. Our teens loved the air hockey table and the kayaks. Very largel cozy living room and kitchen area.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay on the cove. Everything was so clean and the owners were amazing. The property was well stocked with what we needed. The owners responded quickly to any requests. We enjoyed the quiet lake, restaurants and shopping. We will be back!

Summary: This was the perfect getaway. We had plams in Charlotte and the surrounding area. My kids loved playing ping pong and pool. We utilized the Kayaks. It was sad we didn't utilized more time because the lake was beautiful! Wonderful hosts and great communication.

Summary: This stay was a surprise for my husband and his friend. The location was perfect. They enjoyed being on the water. They used most of the amenities (pool table, ping pong, kayaks) The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Would recommend to anyone looking to have a relaxing fun weekend on Lake Norman!!

Summary: Has many things to play pool-table,ping pong,air hockey we played all of them so if you have kids this is the place for you.Has hot tub that was nice.People responded quickly to questions.kitchen could use a little more stocking we ran out of dish soap could use some baggies aluminum foil,dish rag or sponge to wash dishes.The bathroom shower is not to safe as it sits on platform with big step up and big step down not safe for older people or kids.A little noisey since owners live upstairs.Cove at times can have lot of debris.We still had a nice relaxing time we cought many catfish so if your a fisherman it’s a good place to fish.overall I give this place a 4 out of 5.
