Summary: This property is exactly as advertised. It is true "old Florida". The house was spotlessly clean and larger than expected. It is set up to be comfortable and there was everything that we needed . The bed linens and towels were good quality and there were plenty of towels provided. In all, the physical set up was great. The area and the view from the back deck are beautiful and SO peaceful. Birds singing and mullet splashing in the water are the primary sounds that are heard. It is very relaxing. The host is easily available to answer questions. We are planning a return trip.

Summary: My husband and I with our two dogs stayed for two weeks at Adam’s cottage. The setting was exactly what we were looking for on alligator point Harbor Bay. The cottage was simple, comfortable and clean. Everything we needed. This is the place for beautiful sunset. Star gazing, birdwatching, quiet relaxing on the water. Adam was a great host. We would easily recommend this place to our friends and family, especially those who love oysters, shrimp, and soft blue crabs. we ourselves are probably probably revisitcrabs, and shrimp. This is it.

Summary: My husband and I totally enjoyed our stay at this property and house. The house was very clean and spacious, and the daily views were absolutely fabulous along with the sunsets that were right outside of the back door! The property is also close to several of the state parks in that area which also added to the beauty of this trip. Adam the host of the house was available by text to answer any questions we may have had during our stay. The house and location of this property exceeded our expectation.

Summary: I spent a peaceful, beautiful month in this special spot. Every day was gazing at wildlife from the deck or the big picture windows, overlooking the lagoon. Most every night was a picture perfect sunset. Within an hour, and right next door, are many state parks and wildlife refuges. The house was well furnished, great wifi, and very safe. There are many unique towns nearby to explore. Thanks so much to the owner for sharing this beautiful spot.

Summary: We arrived around 6 pm and everything was just perfect..this is a very quiet neighborhood..with a beautiful view of Alligator Harbor..you are just minutes from the beach and close enoughto Carrabelle and Panacea and fine dining..the back deck was the perfect place to sit and chat and enjoy the view and serenity..definitely will be back..
