Summary: The room was clean, but the beds were very uncomfortable, the carpet is stained and looks dirty, especially in the hallways. The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was good. The door to the pet area that is supposed to be unlocked with a key card was kept open by a floor mat wedged in between the door and frame and that made me feel very unsafe. If the atmosphere of this hotel could be captured in a picture it would be the picture I took of the disposal bag holder in the pet area filled with cigarette butts..
