Positive: Modern place with small kitchen and appliances should you want to cook. There's Good WiFi, TV, AC and of course hot tub. Area is quiet away from the main roads.

Negative: There's a small church service right nextdoor that seems to open every day around 7 or 8pm for service. It's not a massive disturbance but some could find it annoying.
