Summary: This is an old building, not air-conditioned, no lift and mini fridge. Our room was on the top floor. It is really hot during summer. Room is small for 3-4 people. It is a place just for stay overnight.

Summary: The apartment was very well located to all the attractions of the city as well as numerous bars and restaurants. We had a great time in Bath and would stay here again.

Summary: The location was good, within 10-15 walking distance to city centre. A big car park nearby (5/10min walk) . Room was clean and fair size for the price we paid. First time I have stayed in a place provided with hot chocolate drink and biscuits which were a warm touch to the guests. However, the shower we had was painfully slow and unstable to use. None the less , I would appreciate if I were informed in advance that our room was at the top floor (3rd/4th?) , having to take our suit cases to climb up those narrow steps were a challenge.

Summary: This place is great in so many respects, but particularly in regards to the location to a beautiful part of the city of Bath. The guest house is right in between the Circus and the Royal Crescent. Everything you might want is within walking distance including some great restaurants. We highly recommend this facility. I can't comment on the staff since we had no interaction with them. The guest house used a lockbox to provide us with our keys.

Summary: About 50 yards walk to the Circus in one direction and a few hundred yards walk to the Royal Crescent in the other direction. We loved the Go Slow and Enjoy coffee shop a short walk from the circus.
