Second Bedroom: This cozy room includes a comfortable queen-sized bed and is conveniently located near the guest bathroom.
Third Bedroom: Perfect for kids or extra guests, this room offers two Twin XL beds, along with a desk and chair for study or work needs.
Second Bathroom: Equipped with a tub/shower combo for added convenience.
Laundry Room: A large laundry room with detergent and iron/ironing board provided for all your needs.
Kitchen: Fully stocked with a gas range, oven, microwave, toaster, Keurig with coffee & sugars, blender, pots, pans, utensils, and grilling tools for the outside propane grill. A large island offers ample space for meal preparation.
Living Room: An inviting open-concept area adjoining the kitchen, with a large sectional sofa perfect for family movie nights. The sectional can be repositioned to comfortably sleep two additional guests (ideally children).
Outdoor Area: Step outside to a fenced backyard with patio seating, a propane grill, hammock, and cornhole boards for fun and relaxation.
Each bedroom includes a smart TV with free Netflix access. The home is equipped with Wi-Fi and a laptop-friendly workspace, ensuring comfort for both work and leisure.
Carport & driveway can accommodate 6 vehicles, with additional space for 2 vehicles to park on-street in front of residence. Please do not park in front of neighbor homes.

Summary: Our family stayed here while we were visiting family in Brownwood. It was perfect! Comfortable and cozy with a great backyard for the dogs. We loved the master bath!! We will definitely stay here again!

Summary: This property is AWESOME! 10/10 stars! We have stayed in a lot of rentals, and my whole family agreed that this is one of our absolute favorites. It was very clean, adorably decorated, and every detail had been taken care of. From the luxurious, white fluffy towels, the huge master closet, the toiletries, and coffee to the super soft sheets, high quality decor, helpful property manager, and board games, this place was perfect for our family. We fully intend to book again when we go see our family in Brownwood next year!

Summary: Our stay consisted of 4 adults and one child age 12. The house has been remodeled and everything looks new and well-cared for. It is nicely furnished and the host has provided an abundance of conveniences and household items we did not expect (cleaning and laundry supplies, personal hygiene items, great towels and bedding, etc. etc. etc.). The covered parking for two vehicles was a big bonus since it rained during our stay. The location is convenient to downtown and only minutes from restaurants, food stores and shopping. Communication with the owner/host was excellent. He/she was very quick to respond to our emails which was our only way to communicate with them. While we did not have any major issues I should mention a couple of things. First, we found the L shaped sofa/couch in the living area to be very uncomfortable due to its massive size and depth. No separate arm or side chairs are provided in the living area which put a disabled member of our group at disadvantage. Others in our party, who were short in height, chose not use the sofa/couch at all Second, we had no central heat when the temperature fell into the 40's at night. The host did provide 3 space heaters which proved adequate for the stay.

Summary: We stayed at Williams for one night. It was very clean and well stocked for whatever you might need for your stay. Very comfortable home. We will stay again on our next trip to see our Brownwood friends.

Summary: We were in town for the HPU game. Our family enjoyed our stay. It was cozy and perfect for us. We cooked at home the whole weekend and the kitchen is very well stocked with all the supplies needed and spices. The added touch of having coffee supplies and toiletries in the restrooms were very much appreciated! We traveled with a dog. The back yard was perfect for him to exercise. This home is a must stay!
