Positive: This was a really spacious apartment with fantastic views from the balcony and had everything we needed. Andreas was a friendly responsive host. Uttendorf is in a lovely area and we found lots to do in the week we were there. We thought the apartment was very good value for money.

Positive: The apartment is big and comfortable, there are a few eating options in walking distance + grocery, short driving to the ski lifts, owners were very friendly. Actually it was really great value for money, we enjoyed our stay and hope to return one day.

Positive: The owners were so friendly - Andreas met and farewelled us, and Silvia made us Christmas cookies which were sitting on the goregeous Germanic/Austrian style banquette kitchen table. The kitchen and entrance had Christmas ornaments which added to the welcoming feeling. Everything was clean and the immediate feeling was that of owners who care about their property. The views from each window were amazing, although we were didn’t see much of them for the first few days as we were shrouded in fog/clouds/rain. When the sun did come out, we couldn’t believe how stunning everywhere you looked was. We recommend CHALET ANNA as an apartment to stay in no matter what season you are in the Tirol. We would return late spring if we lived closer.
Negative: I thought the lounge room was in a separate room. It was a surprise to realise it was part of the main bedroom. This wasn’t an issue for us.

Positive: There are a lot of Ski areas in the nearby. There was enough snow at these areas. We visited the exhibition at Rudolf´s hütte about the wheater and clima changes that was free of charge.
Summary: We plan to come back again! There is so much to explore!
