Positive: The staff were AMAZING! Truly fantastic, i always had a response within a few minutes, so helpful, even offered to help me with my bags. the location is ideal, just on thr edge of City road, so close to the centre of Cardiff, and for 1 person its a lovely amount of space.
Negative: The facilities needed a bit of work, just maintenance on handles and stuff. Nothing major at all, and dont let that deter you from staying.

Positive: Host was exceptional, accommodating and helpful. Great access to city centre and public transport links. The mini kitchen is well equipped so you have everything you need for a short or slightly longer stay. Loads of amazing shops nearby for food choices. When we arrived a previous guest had broken the blinds, landlord was already aware and had arranged for it to be fixed that same day. Very hands on with the property and takes pride in its maintenance. Tv was a great size and the WiFi is fast, overall great facilities. We cannot recommend enough and will definitely be returning.
Negative: My husband is 6’3 so sometimes the height of the room was not the best for him (it’s an attic space) but honestly that’s no fault or issue with the property what so ever. We still managed to have the best stay and would return regardless.
Summary: Cosy, convenient, affordable and comfortable, will definitely be returning.

Positive: It was good, but the idea of looking for a place to park my car at every evening anytime I came back from work. I had to pay for a parking space at NCP everyday. Also, they can provide toilet utilities to clean the toilets, toilets brush and co. Except all this. The apartment is a superb place to stay if you are not travelling with your own car.
