Summary: Bit of a mixed review for this one, but overall it was quite positive. The hotel is close to Victoria Cross Metro, which is super handy. The neighbourhood is clean, trendy, and felt safe at night. The interior design is modern and understated. I really liked the dark, moody bathroom. However, the kitchen area could use more lighting since it’s quite dark. The view wasn’t great, but I imagine the higher grade rooms have better ones. There were a few minor issues here and there. The handheld shower head was left facing up and out, so it sprayed in my face when turning on the shower. That wasn’t particularly pleasant, but I had to laugh. Some small cleaning details were missed like buildup on the bathroom vent, noticeably some silicone and grout jobs that weren’t done properly, soap drips that were left on bottles, and water stains on the glass. I should specify that the bathroom was still clean, though. Probably just being pedantic. The air conditioning struggled to reach the lowest setting, which made it a little too warm to sleep for my liking, but the bed was really cosy. High praise for the staff: all were professional, attentive, and quick to resolve any issues I had. The team at Bar Lettera were also wonderful. Meals were good quality but were overpriced and under-portioned in my opinion, especially since the sides cost extra. Despite the imperfections, I enjoyed my stay overall and given the opportunity, I’d stay again.

Summary: Beautiful new building. Clean. Great service. Within 5 min walking from to two stations. 5 min walking distance from Coles, Woolworths and Aldi. 5 min from many cafes and restaurants.

Summary: maybe it s all in black, that s why I get to see more dust with my eyes.. but dust everywhere. and I doubt cleaners can clean thoroughly as the lights in the room is a bit deemed out. shower head was broken, so could not fix the head, I had to use backwall to fix it...

Summary: Well appointed hotel room. It has been thoughtfully set out and attention to detail for the furniture was out standing. Unfortunately, more detail for the cleanliness would have been appreciated. Watch out for the safety deposite as it is charged per night. I.e. you are charged more the longer the stay. It was $100 per night when we stayed Srptember 25.

Summary: A new hotel with surprising defects. The bathroom toilet stunk terribly due to odours coming from it. The ventilation system was very load and clicked on and off all night long waking us up numerous times. We did't get much sleep at all.
