Summary: The location is very convenient right off the highway. But, the check in took too long. The room door was stuck on the carpet which was coming up and I could hardly get it open or closed. The bathroom floor was so sticky when I walked into it that I wiped it up with a washcloth just so that my socks would not get dirty. The bed seemed clean and well-made, but I wondered, given how dirty the bathroom floor was, how bad the carpet might be. I needed a place to sleep, the bed was comfortable and so I stayed. I left a note at the desk with a very nice young man (much more friendly and accommodating than the man who helped the Check in the night before) and he took notes, apologized, and said he would report about the dirty bathroom floor and the carpet coming up at the doorway, I would not stay there again.

Summary: Hallways not vacuumed, bathroom did not have shampoo, conditioner etc - the bottles in shower were empty, found bugs in bathroom. Breakfast had no fruit other than apples which disappeared quickly. I saw towel lady in hallway who said she wasn't in charge of my room but switched out my towels. She was very helpful.

Summary: Bags of trash left for multiple days in the hallways, room smelled musty and had splatter on the walls and old food in the fridge. But the hotel bar was convenient and plenty of available parking.

Summary: The breakfast area was very uncleanly. Microwave hadn't been clean in a long time. The coffee carafe were dirty on the outside of them. The breakfast counters weren't kept wiped clean. Did not bother going on our second day there. The room it self was musty,the heater/air conditioner for the room was dirty not wiped clean. The coffee pot in the room had mold in it. The remote to the TV didn't work. The pictures in the bathroom on the wall were dirty as well. We have stayed at this hotel before and were very disappointed in the management of the condition that this hotel was in.

Summary: My ac didn't work .. but i wasnt in the room much n couple of ur door where broke on the outside to get in the hotel and our lil the refrigerator didn't work it was warm as pee .. but ur beds was soft
