Summary: Hot tub doesn't work even after someone showed up on the third day we were there to fix it. Thick dust caked everywhere, lamps, blinds, fans, appliances etc. Extremely low flying jets directly overhead on occasion we're deafening. Location was decent and hard as private as Florida yards get for the most part. Neighbors are edgy due to a bad experience at this house and spy on you often so that takes away from the perception of privacy and kept us from being able to fully relax.

Summary: Property was clean and affordable. Pool area was fantastic. Everything about the property was great but the best part is the owner. We had our own travel problems and Terry helped us out in a way that went over and beyond. Honestly this was the best home rental I have ever done. 10 stars from us!!

Summary: We had an awesome stay at this villa for our honeymoon/family vacation to Orlando. The villa is very well kept, the heated pool is great, although the deep end is very deep. The rear view is beautiful and the sun is overhead until until late afternoon at which point there is a nice bit of shade. Terry was good with his communication with us. The villa has 4 good sized bedrooms and also 2 places to sit and eat, 3 if you include the poolside table. The area is more residential, but it’s lovely and quiet and we even spoke to a few of the neighbours. It feels very safe and we went for a couple of walks to explore the area. There are shops and restaurants within 5 mins drive, the Disney parks are around 20 mins. We loved our stay and would recommend this villa to anyone.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay, the house is very comfortable, and is furnished with everything you need for a great visit. We didn’t use the golf clubs or bikes, but they were available if we needed them. We spent a lot of time in the pool which was very relaxing and private. Terry checked in with us throughout our trip to make sure everything was ok, excellent and fast communication. The house was very clean. I would not hesitate to recommend this property and host to anyone looking for a relaxing stay.
