Positive: My stay in this apartment was simply fantastic. The location is perfect, in a quiet area but still is close to everything important. The apartment itself was not too large , but very clean, well-equipped, and really very cozy, just like in the photos. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, giving me great tips for everything around. The check in and check out were smooth and hassle-free. I really felt very comfortable here and would highly recommend this accommodation. Would definitely go back. Eva, thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

Positive: We had an amazing stay at Cool Blue Interior. The apartment had everything we would wish for, well equipped, clean and tidy. The landlord went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one. The location is easy to find, just a short walk from the metro station. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Negative: Everything was great, I have zero complaints..10/10 for sure

Positive: Eva (host) is very communicate, helpful and welcoming. Apartment is clean, cosy, quiet, well equipped and close to underground (you cannot overestimate it taking into consideration traffic jams in Yerevan), photos are very accurate. WiFi is fast and stable. It's a very, very good place to recharge after a day full of intensive sightseeing. I used it for six days as my base while visiting Armenia and I'll be more than happy to come here again.

Positive: We arrived here during winter time. Easy checkin, place is clean and hostess is accommodating. It’s a one bedroom with a pull out sofa bed that can fit 2 people. It has a window in the living room/kitchen that we opened to let the cool air. Kitchen has microwave, electric stove, electric kettle, big refrigerator & washing machine. We were able to cook food & wash our clothes. It has a drying rack where we put our clothes to dry. What you see in the photos is what you get. Place is near to shops. We had a comfortable stay and we’ll recommend it.

Negative: The bedroom does not have a window so we need to open the bedroom door for air to circulate but overall we had a nice stay.

Summary: A cozy place to stay and we’ll surely recommend it.

Positive: I was on a spontaneos stay in Jerevan and this place a was perfect stay for a night. Good location and smooth self-check-in with detail instructions. The whole place has a beautiful yard and grill BBQ. Absolutely clean and tidy rooms. In the morning I met a beautiful and friendly hostess who could give a great overview of Armenia's best spots and a bunch of recommendations to improve your trip. :).Btw she speaks perfect English ;) Absolutely amazing! :)

Positive: The host is a pleasant and welcoming lady, she is always in touch in case you need something. Clear instructions for getting to the property and self check-in were provided. The apartment is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all necessary facilities, as advertised. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this place.

Positive: Pretty much everything was great. The host agreed to let me check in earlier than expected, for which I'd like to extend additional thanks, and overall my interactions with them were nothing but pleasant. The apartment itself is clean and spacious, and the heated floor made it that much more comfortable with the cold outside.

Negative: Locating the address was a bit tricky - I needed assistance to find the entrance. Not a huge problem, mind, since the assistance was readily available.
