Positive: Very well landscaped motel nestled in the redwoods. Owners obviously take pride in the property. Excellent breakfast (quiches were great, as were the pee-made English muffins).
Negative: No complaints.
Summary: Cozy, affordable, well kept up motel with excellent breakfast. Will stay there again!

Positive: The property is cozy and contained. The location is great, just off River Rd and very near to the downtown strip right by Johnson’s Beach on the Russian River. The staff was so friendly and the cottage was very clean, well stocked with all you need and the bed was comfortable. They have a complimentary s’mores/bonfire time in the evenings and breakfast in the mornings.
Summary: Cozy, clean, and would stay there again!

Positive: Cabin 7 is well planned and great for 3-4 persons also have a couch to chill in. We liked it. Breakfast was great, liked the oatmeal and ready made sandwiches. It was very nice with the fire outdoor and making smores. There was a good restaurant opposite for dinner like hamburger, brisket and bear.
Negative: Arriving in late hours when dark, I think it was bit hard to spot the place and its 40 mph at the road so we almost missed it.
