The apartment has an elevator, on the top floor there is a large terrace where you can enjoy beautiful views and you can also hang your clothes.
At 50 meters from the apartment you will find our beautiful and long pedestrian promenade, also a (public) swimming pool with sea water. Only 3 minutes walking is a small and beautiful Son Baulo beach and also a supermarket with bakery and homemade pastry, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, bus stop ... all this makes our clients enjoy their holidays more they have it all very close without having to take a car.
In addition, different leisure activities can be practiced such as: diving,
horseback riding, bicycle, car and motorcycle rental, visits to the Phoenicians and Albufera natural park ...
We also have a small tourist train with many schedules where you can see our entire town.

Summary: Execpt we were disapointed with the sofa bed ( VERY small room for the extra bed, it’s a very nice appartment with a great view to sunrise.

Summary: A wonderful place to stay, ideal location for a base to discover the whole island. The apartment was clean, well appointed and had all you could want in holiday accommodation. Communication with the host was first class and nothing was too much trouble. Our first stay in Mallorca was lovely, we will return.

Summary: The town is small and nice. We rented a car and managed to see all the main attractions on the Island. The apartment is just near the sea and you can walk to the beach. If you walk along the sea to the right you will arrive to Son Baulo which is a nice beach, and there's a walking trail if you want to have a nice hike. There's also a public pool just downstairs from the apartment. The apartment was excellent, very clean and new, we are really loved it! The owners, Montse and Paco waited for our arrival late in the evening and were very kind and helpful. Recommended!

Summary: We spent 6 days at this wonderful, comfortable home. The appartment was superclean and had everything we could wish for. We enjoyed the tranquillity and the walks along the promenade with the most beautiful coastline. Enjoyed preparing our own meals in a fully equiped kitchen, and having restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Thank you for careing and providing us with interesting information about places to go on the island. We felt like home and would love to return again!!! Iris

Summary: This is the first year we have stayed in an apartment, normally we stay in hotels but we enjoyed our stay so much that we have booked for 3 weeks next year. I cannot speak highly enough of the owners Montse and Paco, nothing is any trouble and they are a lovely couple who are warm and welcoming. The apartment is in a modern block with a lift and security entry and is in a very quiet location. Only a minutes walk to the sea and 5 minutes to a lovely beach. There is a public pool just down from the apartment which is very well maintained and they serve food and drinks all day and into the evening. There are lots of lovely restaurants and bars only a short stroll away and the owners also own a well stocked supermarket along from the apartment. There is a small coffee shop inside and I recommend Pacos homemade pastries and pies. There is a market on a Friday which sells everything. We bought local cheeses meats, fruit and olives all fresh and delicious. Please dont think twice about booking this apartment, you will regret it if you don't

Summary: We stayed in this apartment in August 2012 together with 2 little children. We liked everything very much. Wonderful, clean, cosy flat well-equipped with all necessary utensils for cooking. Great sea view opened from the balcony. The beach is very close to the house as well as the chick quay strolling along the sea to San Baolo beach. There is a parking lot near the entrance. The hosts are very open-hearted and are ready to assist in any problems. They also own a great cafe where you can buy fantastic pastry. We will definitely return here in August 2013.
