Positive: I loved the location and the surrounding area. Very easy to find shops and nice cafés. Very close to the subway. Apartment had everything you need and ws very clean. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

Negative: I didn't like that the property was so inflexible about check in I had to wait at the airport for 4 1/2 hours before I could I could check in. Flooring in the bathroom needs to be fixed. And the entry door off the street hinges need to be oiled.

Positive: The apartment is spacious and bright. The kitchen space is ideal to cook and have meals. Two comfortable couchs, cable TV with many channels and sports.

Negative: The apartment is in a third floor and stairs are narrow and steep. We knew it and it is ok for us. Just keep that in mind if you have heavy luggage and don't feel you're able to carry it up.

Positive: The accommodation was in a nice and quiet area, just a short walk from the metro station, which made getting around the city very easy.

Negative: There were several issues that made the stay less convenient. The apartment lacked basic essentials like hand soap, dishwashing liquid, and trash bags. Many other reviewers have mentioned the same, and it's frustrating to have to buy these items separately for just a short stay. Checking in also required downloading a separate smartphone app, which felt unnecessarily complicated. The dishes were not properly cleaned, the frying pans were scratched, and the downstairs toilet didn’t even have a hook for a hand towel. Additionally, the host was slow to respond to messages — in some cases replying days after we had already checked out.

Positive: The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and full of light, tastefully designed with minimalist furniture. There is an open space living room together with the kitchen on the lower level of the apartment and 2 bedrooms above. The kitchen was fairly equipped, even though a bit more utensils would have been welcomed. The location of the property is not central but is still pretty good for Brussels. Just walking distance from the metro. Also, there is a Carrefour supermarket close by and a big park ideal for walks or runs. The beds had very confortable mattresses and the temperature inside for May was neither hot nor cold, it was just perfect.

Negative: The biggest issue was that this apartment was suposed to have 2 toilets but in reality one of them was clogged and unfunctional. We informed the host and they promised to fix it but did not. By the end they stopped answering to our messages/calls. Having 2 bedrooms was one main criteria in our choise of accomodation ad we were with 2 seniors and in total 4 people. Also, as many others mentiones in comments there were not enough supplies: just 1 toilet roll for 4 people for 4 nights, no sponge + dish soap, no bathroom hand/body soap. It is a bit ridiculous that you arrive as a tourist to a new country and the absolute first thing you must do uppon arrival is find a supermarket and buy the above mentioned. Also, this is mentioned, but the stairs are seriously steep, which is very typical for Brussels. But, for people not accustomed with this, it could be very dangerous.
