Positive: It’s rare that I feel at home the moment I step into a rented apartment — but that’s exactly how it was in this case. The apartment was beautiful and spacious, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Vittorio was an exceptionally welcoming host, always available to answer any questions at any time of day. Two bathrooms, a terrace with an otherworldly view, and those unforgettable sunrises seen through the windows of the extraordinary living room — all of it made our stay incredibly enjoyable. There were even times when our 13-year-old son preferred to stay in the apartment rather than go to the beach. I highly recommend this place. Vittorio, thank you once again for your hospitality.

Positive: One of the best properties I’ve ever rented! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. It’s located right in the heart of the city, so everything is close by: restaurants, shops, and attractions. If you are looking for a fantastic apartment with history and unique design elements, this is something for you. The space has real character, blending charm and style in a way that makes it stand out from typical rentals. What truly made the stay exceptional was the host. Vittorio was incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely cared about my experience. Communication was fast and clear, and he was always available to help or offer local tips. Just a small note – because it’s in such a central location, it can be a bit noisy at times, so it may not be ideal for those looking for complete silence. We have traveled with 4 yers old child and it was not a porblem for us :-) For me, it was a fantastic experience. Highly recommended, and I’d love to come back!

Positive: (From 7 year old son) “I loved the balcony it had the best view it was crazy.” 😎 This was an incredible property and I only wish I could give it a 12/10. Everything was perfect, the location was sublime and the host was super helpful and hands on without being at all intrusive. Honestly, if we return to Bari, we wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

Positive: Vittorio the owner was super nice to recommend genuine baresi places to eat out. All of them are beyond expectations. Fabio was also super flexible and nice and did all efforts to make us feel comfortable. Naturally the location is top, the terrace overlooking to the town is superb. If you are considering picking your place to stay in Bari this is the one you should go for.

Positive: The apartamentul is beautiful. It looks even better than in the pictures. The location is perfect, right in the center. There is a very good restaurant just downstairs. It was super clean and comfy and you could see that Vittorio really cared. He waited for us with lovely welcome packages and wine, water. And that terrace….the perfect spot to enjoy some prosseco in the evening. I almost don’t want to share this review so I can keep the apartament a secret as we for sure will be back.

In a truly enviable position — one of the most sought-after spots in the old town — with a breathtaking view of the Basilica of San Nicola through the many windows that light up the living room, Dimora Riccardi offers not only a beautiful stay thanks to its location, but also makes you feel genuinely pampered thanks to the attention to detail by the host, Vittorio, who has truly thought of everything. Starting from the spotless cleanliness of the apartment (and I am very picky about this!), to the customized welcome kits with high-quality olive oil products. Little extra touches included popcorn in the pantry to enjoy a movie projected in the main bedroom, and romantic details like bath salts, candles, and incense for cozy couple nights — a real gem. The terrace is also perfectly kept, with deck chairs, a table, chairs, an umbrella, and lovely little plants. Thank you, Vittorio — I was so happy to stay at your place and I really hope to come back soon. Rating: 10/10!

Artful in every sense, it feels less like a rental and more like stepping into someone’s soulfully curated retreat. Elegant artwork, and soft, ambient light create an atmosphere of warmth and refined serenity. It’s a home that speaks in quiet tones, inviting you to slow down, breathe, and simply be. Each morning began with espresso on the terrace, the scent of the seaр and each evening, we returned to the golden glow of the apartment like in our cozy home. The beds were so comfort, the kitchen well-equipped, and everything immaculately clean. Even the smallest details—books, ceramic vases and crystal figures—whispered care and intention.
