Summary: The windows in the room have mold around them and cracked with exposed sharp edges. The carpet looks like its never been cleaned. The lamp shades have visible stains, and the headboards look they are completely dirty yet. The pluming in the shower is coming loose, and had to handle with care. The pool area ceiling is falling down and onto the ground and into both the pool and the hottub. There are many areas in the pool area where the carpeted areas are water damaged with what looks like mold growing. People are nice, but the building needs major updates.

Summary: Shower had lots of black mold on it. Temperature control on shower was non-existent. No exhaust fan in bathroom. Pieces of ceiling and wall flaking onto carpet. Locks on doors broken. Carpet was dirty and stained.
