Positive: +Friendly owner who was always in touch with us on whatsapp and was very helpful with some questions. Thank you, Erhan! +Great location to visit places like: many beautiful viewpoints on the road from Boğaziçi to Kidrak Beach with a stop at Butterfly Valley. You literally have to stop at every bend in the road and enjoy the view! We also visited: Babadağ mountain (1700m); Karmylassos ruins; Af Tower; Ancient Lycian city of Pinara; Saklıkent Gorge; Kaş; Sleeping Giant(Kaş); Mount Chimaera; Pamukkale; Salda Lake. And beaches like: Kaputaş, Seyrek Çakıl, Taşdibi, Patara, Kidrak, Ölüdeniz. + Beautiful view, the house is on a hill. You can see the sunset. However, some neighboring houses and the road do not improve this view, but it is still nice. + There is a hot tub on the patio and a barbecue area that will really help diversify our stay! + The car can be parked near the house on the private parking. Car is a must, otherwise it will be problematic to get somewhere. It is important to note that entering the parking lot can be difficult for inexperienced drivers, as the approach is on a steep incline and you will have to make forward and reverse maneuvers and turns in a tight space. A car with automatic transmission, parktronics and a rear view camera will help you a lot. We had such a car and never had a problem. + The apartment is generally well equipped with new and quality stuff. Very spacious, cozy and clean. + The kitchen is well equipped and has almost everything you need: large fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee pot, crockery, tableware etc. + Each room has air conditioning that works well and quietly, independently of each other. + Comfortable beds. The lighting in the bedrooms is very well designed, there are bedside tables, sockets to charge your devices. + Internet wifi is stable, but not very fast, about 10Mbps. This is enough for Youtube and video calls.
Negative: - When we open the bedroom window at night to get some fresh air, we hear sounds from the street: dogs barking, roosters cuckooing, and the sounds of the mosque. All this happens early in the morning, even before dawn, which can wake you up if your sleep is not very deep. - Wooden doors squeak: need to grease their hinges, handles and locks. - The bedding (e.g. duvet cover) is clean but not very nice to the touch, we would have liked it to be softer. Only one set, no spare. - Only one set of towels per person (large and small), perhaps not a problem as there is a washing machine. - Not many consumables: There was only some liquid soap in the bathroom and one roll of toilet paper. We had to buy more soap, shampoo and paper ourselves. -Kitchen lacked toaster. -The kitchen doesn't have a localized light over the work surface (or it doesn't work). - Not enough consumables for the washing machine (detergent) and for the dishwasher, we had to buy this ourselves. - There is a grill on the terrace, but we also need to buy charcoal, fire sticks, lighter fluid, lighter, skewers. We left some in the apartment for the next guests. - The hot water, considering the consumption of 4 people, can suddenly run out because it is limited and prepared by a solar collector on the roof. But the owner showed us how to activate the electric boiler, which can provide hot water at any time and in the right quantity. Enough for a shower for 4 people and to fill a Jacuzzi!

Positive: Fantastic views with open air jacuzzi and barbecue. Well kept accommodation. Responsive host.
Negative: Located near busy local road which is hearable and visible. Be aware whith Google map and do not take small local streets too early. Driveway is not covered and could be dangerous esp for city cars.
