Finally on the ground floor there is one bedroom with double bed including en suite with bath. From this bedroom there is direct access to the main terrace. On the first floor there are a further three double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the others with twin beds. These three bedrooms have access to a large terrace and enjoy spectacular views of the sea. There are two bathrooms on this floor, one of these with whirlpool bath and the other with a shower.
In the external area of the property there is a attractive private pool with excellent views over the golf course and the sea. The pool area has hammocks and sunshades and there is also a garden with lawned area and plants indigenous to the area, a number of covered terraces, one next to the house and another beyond where the barbecue is located. Both terraces have the corresponding balcony furniture. The external area also has a private and secure parking zone which will accommodate a number of vehicles.
