Positive: Location great! Master and queen bed comfortable. So disappointed taking a bath was an issue. I needed the tubs to work for therapy reasons. I desperately needed the lyft to work! I needed communication about its nonworking function before I arrived. Communication was poor as to when it was fixed. Fix the gate of the doggie area. Little dog can’t be left in there the gap is too large.
Negative: Communicate!!! Linens and cushions are worn out.
Summary: First day and second day very stressful because I had to carry a lot of stuff upstairs.

Positive: The functionality of it was perfect for our family needs. Just down the street from entrance to the beach. Plenty of space to house my family comfortably. Plus they had available outdoor games and sitting areas for all of us to enjoy
Negative: I will say there really isn’t anything I didn’t like about the property.

Positive: We really enjoyed our stay at Fancy Nancy. My husband's family has had a house in Bolivar since the 1950's. Unfortunately, they sold it after Ike. We have rented lots of houses on the Peninsula and this one rates at the top of the list. We will definitely be back soon!
