Positive: The location is great, very close to Dogo Onsen. Staff service was excellent. Meals were delicious. Parking was sufficient. Overall ambience was nice. Room was spacious and comfortable.

Negative: Air conditioning was central controlled. No cooling could be operated from room. It was a bit too warm during sleep.

Positive: The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was spacious and had beautiful views.

Negative: They advertised the restaurant as a top dining establishment in Matsuyama so we didn't hesitate to pay for a very expensive meal. However we found the food to be the worst we had in all of Japan. We prepaid for our dinner so we were very disappointed with the quality, taste and ambiance of the restaurant. The breakfast wasn't much better
