Summary: The staff was good, breakfast average for Hampton Inn, air conditioning worked fine. Bathroom shower was not full functional as shower hand held did not work and had to struggle with getting shower head to work. Tile was cracked and obviously re-caulked in multiple places. Elevators were dirty and brass trim in bad need of cleaning and polishing. Overall appearance of hotel was an old, tired Hampton Inn, that needs a total renovation and not worth what we paid for the room for the weekend.

Summary: Place needs updated. Treadmill not working in fitness center and pool unavailable. Staff was wonderful. Food was decent. Convenient to airport and shopping outlet.

Summary: Was not a fan of paying to park on the property or that my room type was given away...but they did make it right although it was an inconvenience to move again once we had settle in but overall was a nice stay.

Summary: Parking is down the block and a big inconvenience, and you need to pay for it. Direct parking by the building is very limited. Smell of weed was a bit too much for me, but not something they can control.
