Summary: Wasn’t able to make it to breakfast I think it was in the pub but it must close a certain time. It was really confusing because the site says closes at 11am? The room was clean no hairs found, just felt really outdated in the bathroom area especially the tub/shower. Pool was underwhelming, and they close at dawn so that’s kind of lame. We were refused late checkout. Cleaning staff was very friendly.

Summary: As usual we find when we use 3rd party bookings we are given rooms near the elevator, ice machine or in this case the guest services ( housekeeping area) and 3 doors from the elevator. the room smelled strongly of a cleaning product ( thankfully not fabulosa) like bleach, there was no window to open to get any fresh air the room was very plain, one small art work. We were given ice when we checked in, the ice bucket was too small to hold the bag given. We went to bed at 10 pm and then heard every guest that exited the elevator for the next hours as they passed our room. The location of the hotel is great, it’s near restaurants and a grocery store and the town area. But the bed was uncomfortable and the air unit was horrendously loud. Small bathroom, one sink. Just overall the hotel could be so much better.

Summary: We came in early, and were allowed to at least park the car and do other things we had planned. That specific concierge was excellent and very amicable. When we returned to pick up the keys to settle down, the attendant at the front desk was very unwelcoming, would not put down his phone and was not weary at all of being on it with customers entering the hotel. No smiling (which would have made a big difference), and not even small talk or a wish of a having a great stay. Did not even direct us to where the elevators were. Very flawed and low key customer service for such an expensive hotel. The room was quite dirty. The bathroom was full of mold and rust. No pride in cleanliness. I've stayed in less expensive hotels that were amazing. This one in Sawgrass and it fell quite short. It's all on who is supervising and what the expectations are. Location is quite good, but I wouldn't stay there again.
