Summary: Everything promised in the listing was accurate. The place was clean, location was nice, pool and outdoor kitchen was just as pictured and the owners were very accommodating. I had a work assignment for 2 months in the area and it was perfect for me. I'd definitely try to book it again if I was in the area.

Summary: This condo was perfect for me for my extended stay work assignment. I have been here 5 1/2 weeks. The view is exactly as pictured and all the rooms are as pictured. The outdoor kitchen was nice and big and the pool was very nice. I didn't use the workout room, but there is one there with the basic equipment. There is a laundry room downstairs -- I never had an issue getting a washer/dryer and the cost was $1.00 a load per machine. All the appliances worked and it was very clean. The owner answered any questions/issues I had very quickly. I would highly recommend it to anyone coming to Port Arthur/Orange area for work or anyone that needs a nice spot to relax for a weekend.

Summary: The property was as described and very comfortable. You can relax out by the water or on the balcony. Friendly neighbors. I had no need to contact owner, but they gave me a direct number to contact them if I had any questions or issues. Very enjoyable place.
