Positive: we ate once in the restaurant - Spaghetti Vongole wich was very good. Breakfast was ok.
Negative: very small room/bed... Bed was very hard and not comfortable at all. Room - even in Oktober was hot. There was airco, but too noisy for sleep. Open the window was on the street side, not ideal.
Summary: next stime, I stay closer to Ibiza city

Positive: Gorgeous location, lovely staff. Great little restaurant with cocktails and a superb café. Very quiet. Loved the huge terrace.
Summary: Perfect for my daughter and I. Would definitely stay again.

Positive: Great location overlooking Es canar beach and very friendly restaurant staff.
Negative: Some things the hotel cannot control but it could be so much better. Probably the noisiest hotel i have ever stayed in. The bar 50 yards away blasting music until late, scraping chairs in the cafe and restaurant, early morning music 7.15 from cafe below. It wasn't the most comfortable bed and the room was smelly from the shower. A very basic breakfast was included but we ate out 3 from 5 days, you can pay for other food from a separate menu. The evening food we had wasnt great. The croissants and other similar looked days old despite having a cafe with fresh things as part of the hotel, look after the guests!! We also had a woman with mental health issues who kept me awake for 2 nights. When pointed out the FOH did nothing but moved us to a very basic small room and left her.

Positive: We have stayed here a few times over the years from when our children were small to recently when we stayed on our own. The owner greeted us warmly as a few of the staff who have worked there on our previous visits did also. It was lovely to return to such a beautiful area. However there was one morning when things seemed rather chaotic when the regular staff where obviously enjoying a well deserved day off & a male new member of staff did not appear to be used to hospitality & we kept having to ask for spoons to eat our cereal with etc it might have been a communication issue. More importantly though there was a very rude member of staff who really shouldn’t be in the job at all . She disputed the fact we had stayed there on many occasions & said we treated her like a slave! I was shocked at how aggressive she was just because we had asked for toast as everything had been cleared away before we had eaten our cereal without asking us if we would like anything else! I have run successful bistros over the years as a self employed operator & have always enjoyed working ina happy invironment. I felt it was necessary to call out this aggressive bad behaviour to make the owner aware as on previous occasions we haven’t had a problem & we’re so much looking forward to our resent return.
Negative: 2 members of staff who were not engaged & extremely rude.
Summary: Apart from this 1 upsetting & unacceptable behaviour we thoroughly enjoyed our stay on this beautiful island

Positive: Great location, rooms an ample size. Nice to have a fridge, kettle & safe included. Great air con. Very clean. Breakfast is nice but quiet a small selection Fantastic sun terrace on roof. Shower room is available for those with a late checkout (had to use own towels)
Negative: Shower is small & has a shower curtain (always a pet hate of ours!) Due to location you do get noise from bar next door till 12am then you can here people outside.
Summary: Lovely weekend break

Positive: The location is perfect just at the beach front, the best view from the terrace ever!!!! Amazing 😍 food super and stuff lovely and friendly.
Negative: I fell from the stairs, no sign on the wet floor...... Had no internet in a room. It wasn't sorted during all stay(8days)
