Summary: This hotel is utterly faultless, from the facilities to the charming staff. Please accept my thanks for a wonderful stay here. It was impossible to find anything wrong with the property and the extremely helpful staff. The swimming pool is breathtaking, the food terrific and the rooms are splendid. Utterly wonderful. The option to retreat from the wonders of Venice via a private launch from St Marco, to tranquility, is not just what they do but how they do it. Summary: I could use this space to speak how great the Hotel is, the property, the food, the flowers, the location, the rooms, the gardens, etc… but I won’t talk about this. One must understand, to build a team it’s very hard, to keep it even harder, but to have a TEAM with such a passion, happiness, camaraderie towards the guests and colleagues, it only come with great leadership and heritage.
