Summary: Check in was efficient and staff friendly and attentive. Room clean and spacious in a quiet area of the hotel. Restaurant excellent with very good food, outdoor pool area clean and tidy with plenty of available sunbeds.

Summary: The staff was friendly, helpful and extremely generous. The pool was clean and food was amazing. On our first night, we were given a tour of the hotel, where we learned about its history and how they remain committed to ecotourism. Definitely recommend as it is close to Palma and Cala D'or

Summary: We had a great time there. They have a great outdoor pool with plenty of sun beds. It also has indoor pool and jacuzzi, a cold plunge, tenis court and racquets and balls available. Breakfast is usually abundant and great. We had dinner there twice and was probably the best meals during our stay. David, Maria and Raul and most of the guys in the restaurants are very helpful. The room was big enough for our family of 4. We love how dark the rooms get and enjoyed waking up late. We traveled during summer and it was easy to commute to Palma, Portocristo, Cala d’Or, Portocolom, Santanyí and other nice places around. Highly recommend this place if you want to relax stay away from crowds.

Summary: Magical environment, a lot of things to do like horse back riding, gym, tracks, bikes, yoga, tennis. Beautiful nature. On the down side the rooms was not 100% clean, we stayed in a small stone house and we had spider webs in the corners and it was dusty. The bed was hard. The food was not good at all but the waiters did their absolute best to give us nice service.

Summary: We have spent a week at Sa Bassa with our extended family (grandparents, babies, toddlers, teenagers), and the hotel was perfect to accommodate our various needs. The menu varies from day to day and offers fresh, healthy and delicious food options with ingredients sourced directly from the island accompanied by excellent wines. The staff was always very attentive and helpful. They were able to accommodate a request for a ‘big family style’ paella at a short notice. A very relaxing place to get pampered.
