Positive: Beautiful, cozy and restful hotel. Food and Spa facilities are great. A good place to stay and explore the Pyrenees in the PARQUE NACIONAL DE ORDESA. Fabulous hiking trails close by.

Negative: We liked everything. We'll be back. Highly recommend.

Positive: The spa was very nice and affordable.

Negative: The rooms did not have a microwave. As there were limited restaurants in the area, it would have been nice to have this for snacks.

Positive: Great location, friendly stuff and spacious room. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of food. We didn't try the SPA but it seemed nice.

Negative: The room felt quite old and in need of refurbishment. The stones at the entrance were broken, and the drainage in the bathroom was poor — the sink took a very long time to empty. There were also no hooks in the bathroom for hanging towels. We had requested a crib for our baby in advance, but it wasn’t in the room upon arrival. We had to call several times and eventually go to the reception ourselves before it was provided.

Positive: Amazing location and great atmosphere. The SPA is very well equipped and has great staff. Massage was unforgettable.

Negative: Even in summer, supposedly not high season, feels a little bit too expensive, albeit impressive service.

Summary: Perfect getaway surrounded by picturesque mountain river hikes and villages.

Positive: Nice accommodation but 5 star???

Negative: Staff, with a few exceptions, unfriendly and totally unaware that they are there fir the guests and not the other way around. Dinner in restaurant was one id the worst eating out experiences we have had. Poor quality products, badly prepared.
