Positive: Location very close to city centre, Altstadt, train station and market. Staff very friendly supportive and smiling . Ms Julianne especially was very helpful to me throughout my stay. Service excellent Interiors - ancient yet modern , some nice ancient paintings and furniture made it look more royal. Checkin & out process was fast. Breakfast was good but could be better, being in Allgäu region.

Negative: Everything was good nothing to complain about.

Summary: I loved the place and the area would love to visit again.

Positive: A wonderful hotel right in the heart of the old town, located on a very picturesque street. Downstairs there is an excellent restaurant where it is very pleasant to have dinner, and the breakfasts are also of a very high standard. The hotel is very good and fully corresponds to its price. This is not our first time staying here, and it has only become better. It is quiet, and the beds are very comfortable.

Negative: Nobody helped us with the luggage..
