Summary: A beautiful hotel by the lake with a private beach in walking distance. Great selection of food for breakfast and dinner. The Spa and sauna facilities were excellent and spotless clean. There were plenty of sun beds in the garden. The views from the higher floor windows were stunning of the lake and surrounding area and the rooftop bar was a delightful bonus to watch the sun setting.

Summary: Despite its ugly appearance, it's a nice hotel, great views, good breakfast, easy access to private 'beach'. Downsides: poor room cleaning, very slow and unhelpful checkout

Summary: The property and all the facilities were good but most of the reception staff were really rude to the point I had to ask if I had done anything wrong to one of the guys as he was speaking to me so badly. It nearly ruined the whole experience of the hotel as I was there to have a calm relaxing time and didn't feel comfortable in the hotel everytime I saw some of the staff. The woman at the cafe/bar was very nice though

Summary: My mom and I had a fantastic time. The ambience was amazing. The staff was exceptional. The food was world class, and the spa was superb. Strongly recommended.

Summary: The elevators are horrible. You have to wait almost 10 minutes for an elevator in the morning. It was clean but for the star rating of the hotel I expected a lot better.
