Positive: I could have stayed longer! Casa Nebbiolo was a really nice apartment in two floors. Nice bedrooms upstairs! And shower and a toilet upstairs too, and one shower and toilet downstairs. We slept on the couch - also good to sleep there! Good coffee waited us. Amazing (!) view from the apartments own garden. We grilled in the evening, grill and charcoal are there. I recommend! Very clean apartment!
Negative: The area nearby is apparently an abandoned gold court. However I didn't care. If you have a car and you enjoy nice landscapes and countryside (as I do), this is the place. Thank you! Really good stay!

Positive: Spacious comfortable living area.. Two bathrooms. Parking. Natural environment. Property manager is nearby and responds promptly when contacted. Arranged winery and nocciolo visits and provided good range of excellent restaurants to choose from.
Negative: Lovely property but several maintenance short comings. Outside looked unkempt, grass area just long weeds not mown. Driveway to the property is a very rough track. Needs repair. Beds are located under sloping roof beams close to the head of the bed. Dangerous for taller people.

Positive: Luigi was super helpful in explaining everything about the neighbourhood; where to eat, where to drink and where to see. The house met our expectations, has a great view of the mountains; was a feast to my eyes to see the sunset. There's a dedicated car parking space right in front of the house and we had a fully-equipped kitchen. The property is almost identical to what's written in the description; accurate! I'd come here again and again.

Positive: Sitting outside enjoying the beautiful view. Luigi sending all the additional info on where to eat and where to visit in the area. Mr. G was always there for us including pulling us out of a ditch when we were run off the road.

Negative: Chosen as the location is nearby Barolo, but the immediate vicinity, has good views but is basically 3 or 4 holiday rentals with little gardens (all well maintained), otherwise it’s surrounded by derelict half built houses and very overgrown land.. not that easy to go for walks etc.. Bedrooms had low roof height and beds not very comfortable.

Positive: The location is really unique! The view of the Alps is breathtaking, and we could also see a few of the typical Italian small hilltop towns from here. You have a small garden area in the back to sit or lounge (or have meals) and watch the view. The bedrooms are small but the beds are very comfortable and there is ample space to put clothes away. The accommodation is very well equipped to prepare meals but really good restaurants are found just a few kilometers away in all directions. Elena & Luigi are rapidly responsive and provide valuable information on wineries, sights, restaurants and local attractions, both on paper and electronically. Their assistant Giammario is also available nearby. We would have definitely stayed longer in this beautiful location!
Negative: The only thing to take into account is that the second bathroom on the gropund floor is very small, but otherwise quite functional.
Summary: A shining jewel in Langhe region!
