Enjoy a relaxing vacation on one of the most sought after coves on Lake Greenwood. Coker’s Cove is known for its smooth water, great fishing, and abundant wildlife. You will love the park like setting this awesome home provides including 300 foot of waterfront with your own private beach! Park your boat on your own private dock and watch the ducks, geese and heron from the screened porch.
The house sits on 4.5 acres giving you all the privacy and space you need yet you are only 0.6 miles from Break on the Lake, one of Lake Greenwood’s premier restaurants. Also within a mile are two places to launch your boat or jet ski. This property also provides a pedal boat and 3 double person kayaks if you just want a quiet relaxing day on the water. Two fire pits, one near the beach and one near the house are provided for your enjoyment.
Rainy weather? No problem. The house boasts two arcade games, a shuffle board table and bumper pool for your enjoyment. An assortment of board games and books have also been provided. Each bedroom has a TV with Dish network and a large flat screen overhangs the fully functioning gas fireplace in the living room. Covered parking for up to four vehicles is also provided. Be aware that the cabin does NOT have WI-FI but phone reception is excellent.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we stayed for one full week with our three young children, they enjoyed the small beach with sand, the Kayaks were wonderful, we used them every day of our stay, Exceeded expectations!

Summary: My wife and 2 adult kids stayed here for a few days while we were visiting my Dad who lives in Laurens. This was a great little lake house. Very quiet, very peaceful, great access to the water. The property owner provides 3 kayaks with jackets and paddles as well as a paddle boat. My family used all of them. The temps got low enough to allow us to use the big fire pit a few nights. I brought my own firewood, but to my surprise the property owner even provided firewood plus a 4 wheel wagon to move the wood from the wood pile to the fire pit. I'd have to say other than some sharp kitchen knives, this owner thought of everything to make for a great lake vacation. We also enjoyed the arcade games and the shuffle board on the back porch. FYI, if you see NLR on the leaderboard and long drives on Golden Tee that is yours truly!!! Good luck and have confidence this is a great lake house to rent!!!

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed all of the indoor and outdoor activities! The home is gorgeous and communication with Sean was super easy! The beds were so comfy, the home was VERY clean and the location was peaceful with gorgeous lake views. We honestly did NOT want to leave and will definitely visit again!!

Summary: The host was extremely helpful and kind and the house / property was a little piece of heaven. Very clean,well stocked, awesome veiw! We loved the peddle boat and kayaks and the little private beach is magical! Even though it was too chilly, to swim,we still had plenty to keep us entertained. Would definitely rent again, it was a perfect way to relax for our spring break!
