Positive: Considering we came to visit the area for the anniversary of the D-Day and the main camp at OMAHA beach was just across the intersection we liked the location very very much, actually could not imagine better place especially with the kids who were exciting to look out from the windows to see what is going on. Parking area was also perfect.
Negative: There were some significant signs of abuse of the furniture (sofa mainly had broken parts, bed, some kitchen appliance)... I would say due to some mistreating the stuff around by the guests in the past. This was on the other side understandable by the nature of the apartment - big for groups, I can imagine how some people would throw a party in such place.
Summary: Very pleasant, for the time of booking and other places availability very fair price, location great

Positive: True local feel to the French countryside. Great location and beautiful views. Kitchen and living area was great! Great value for large groups on a budget.
Negative: I would recommend listing/GPS state it was an apartment in large office building and not a residental house. It was confusing to identify where it was at first. Disappointed in the weight and style of all the doors- very unsafe for children and their little fingers as they are heavy and slam shut quickly. Bathrooms and beds/bedding could use updating as allows. One of the two showers required you to push a button every 30 seconds for water and one toilet seat was broken which was inconvenient but other bathroom was available to share.
Summary: Good overall, great location - maybe just not for very small children.
