Summary: I stayed in the hotel while traveling for business in Valencia, Venezuela. This was my first visit to Venezuela, so I didn't really know what to expect. As everybody else, I've heard a lot about high crime level in Venezuela, therefore I spent some time evaluating safe hotel options. After reading lots of comments on hotels in Valencia, I decided to choose Lidotel and am very happy with my choice. The hotel is in an excellent location - it's in front of a shopping mall, where one can walk safely even after dark. It's clean, has a nice outdoor swimming pool, nice restaurant, fast Internet connection, attentive staff and it's safe. I'll happily return to this hotel during my next visit to Valencia and recommend this hotel to everybody.

Summary: Nice and clean. Great pool. Problems with Internet connection though. Only one restaurant and the food was so-so for the price. Overall, would I use again? Yes. Staff was very nice and rooms clean and pretty.

Summary: Visited Valencia on a business trip. Had a delayed flight which had me stressed but upon my arrival to the hotel i was greeted so pleasantly that i quickly forgot about the flight situation.The staff all over the hotel is very nice and helpful. The actual hotel room was modern and very nicely decorated. I was able to relax and enjoy some drinks at their "Benji Bar" and also got to relax while working on the pool deck. The hotel is very close to shopping and dining which helped since i was on a strict time frame. Overall a nice stay in the heart of Valencia.
