The Space
Forget your worries in this spacious and serene home. Our modern, 4-bedroom house offers a peaceful retreat for up to 10 guests, combining comfort, privacy, and style for a wonderful stay in a quiet neighborhood.
Step outside to your private backyard oasis. Take a dip in the luxurious private pool, which features both solar and electric heaters for your year-round comfort. In the evening, unwind in the relaxing hot tub under its charming gazebo. The patio is perfect for a family BBQ, and you can end the day with a movie night under the stars using the large outdoor projector screen.
Inside, the open-plan living space invites you to relax on the large sectional sofa and enjoy your favorite shows on the 85-inch HDTV. Large glass doors fill the home with natural light, highlighting the stylish dining area with its crystal chandelier. The fully-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a blender, and a bread maker, giving you everything you need to prepare delicious meals.
Rest peacefully in one of the four stylishly furnished bedrooms. The home includes two modern bathrooms, one of which boasts a sophisticated black marble walk-in shower. For your convenience and peace of mind, we provide high-speed Wi-Fi.
You will have private access to the entire house and all its amenities, including the backyard, pool, and hot tub.
Self check-in is simple. The entrance door has two locks; your entry code is for the lock on the right-hand side. After entering the digits, please press the `#` key. Free parking is available directly in front of the house.

* Owner`s Presence: We, the owners, occasionally stay in a completely separate and independent apartment located on the side of the property. It does not have any access to the main house, and we fully respect our guests` privacy at all times.

Summary: Great house, love the outdoor TV and the living room and kitchen area, would definitely recommend and rent again if I have more people, was only 3 of us and it would have been even better with a full house

Summary: Beautiful home, perfect location, wonderful host! I highly recommend this place. Our family of 7 completely enjoyed our time there. Close enough to the PBI airport but far enough away to not get the noise. Pool and hot tub we're our favorites but we did go to the beach and Peanut Island. We mostly cooked at the house but did eat out a couple of times. The second refrigerator outside was nice for drinks. We used the pool items a lot. Neighborhood is quiet and easy to navigate. Loved the big screen tv at the pool for movies at night or music during the day. We will gladly stay there again..thank you for the wonderful holiday vacation!!

Summary: We were in town for my granddaughter's baby shower. The house was conveniently located near the shower location. It was clean and well equiped. Pool area was amazing - fully screened-in. One warning though, my son-in-law who does all our cooking was not a big fan of the conduction stove. I think it takes some getting used tobut we were only there for 4 days.

Summary: We couldn't be more pleased with our stay. Great host, very responsive, easy check-in. Beautiful home! Pool, hut tub, outdoor TV and sound system made for a great time spent outside! TV's inside and out had eveything from music to streaming service. Inside was as pictured, very nice finishes and furnishings. Lots of room! Comfy beds. Would love to go back!
