Positive: The apartment is new, spacious, clean and beautiful. The view is amazing, the leaving room and the kitchen are large and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and having a washing machine and a dryer is a big bonus. The apartment has natural light due to many windows and 3 air directions. Highly recommended!

Negative: Getting to the neighborhood and going out, needs a long drive since there isn't a direct road to the neighborhood. There is a shopping center very close the the building (10 min walking), but by car it takes 18 min.
