The apartment is located on Via Aurelia, about 100 meters from the center of Zoagli and the beach and 50 meters from the station, from which you can easily reach the main resorts of the Riviera (Cinque Terre, Sestri Levante, Rapallo, Santa Margherita Ligure and Portofino) and from the bus stop to reach Chiavari or Rapallo with a "panoramic" route.
It is large in size with a terrace facing the sea.
From each room you can admire the sea and enjoy suggestive sunsets.
It is located on the second floor with lift and has a communal garden.

It consists of a large living room with living area with flat screen TV and dining area, kitchen, double bedroom and bedroom with two foldaway beds, two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower.

The kitchen is super-equipped and includes a 5-burner hob, fridge and freezer, electric oven, microwave, toaster, espresso machine, American coffee machine, dishwasher and washer dryer (with the supply of detergents for washing).
Covered private place for small-sized cars closed by a gate inside the same building connected to the apartment by an internal staircase.
For other cars there is a large garage (6X3 meters) at 100 meters from the house included in the price.
Services included: unlimited wi-fi, Netflix, complete linen (bathroom, bedroom and kitchen), beach towels, books, board games, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.
In the building there is a small emporium where you can buy fresh bread, focaccia and any other food and everyday products every day.

Summary: What a lovely place to stay. Everything you could ask for is provided. Wonderful patio to sit and enjoy the fantastic view. Lovely basket of food and wine for your stay. They are very helpful in every way. Wonderful people. Only issue your parking spot is a thousand step round trip down hill. At least for our car.

Summary: Paola and Maurizio we fantastic hosts. They picked us up at the train station and took us there at the end of our stay. They stocked the kitchen with essentials, Milk, fruit , water, vino, eggs and so much more. We were there for a wedding at the castle, wished we would have booked two weeks! Lots of hiking to get around town but views were amazing from all over town. The balcony in the apartment was large and the view was amazing. Apartment was large and very modern! Oh and the bathtub was so nice, and large! Great for soaking!!! Thank you for such amazing hospitality! If we make it back to Zoagli we will reach out!!

Summary: Great & beautifully decorated appartment with all facilities. Very spacy balcony with sea view & well equipped to have breakfast/diner outside with 4 persons. Close to center of village, beach & train. Hosts Paola and Maurizio are very nice, caring & helpfull. In short: Excellent choice!

Summary: Paola was a superb host who prepared a warm welcome for our stay. She was very helpful and the check in was easy and happened right after our arrival. We enjoyed the area and the pretty environment, Zoagli is a bit off the hustle and a sweet town in the heart of Liguria.

Summary: The apartment is great, like living at home. Paola is wonderfull. She provided us with cheese, wine, Proseco, pasta, bread and many more goodies. Zaogli is very small and to get to the train or beach you need to walk down a steep walk.

Summary: We really enjoyed the opportunity to stay at Maison Pauline. The apartment is large and laid out in a manner that worked very well for us. The large porch, with a splendid view of the sea, is accessible from every room and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The kitchen is well equipped as is the entire apartment. The owner could not have been more accommodating. She explained the ins and outs of the apartment, took us on a foot tour of the village and checked to be sure that all was well during our stay. There is a certain amount of traffic noise, however, to us it was an integral component of the Italian experience. We highly recommend Maison Pauline!

Summary: The apartment was everything one could wish for (as above) & Paola was a charming hostess, helping whenever she could & providing us with an amazing starter pack of alimentari. Even in some bad weather we enjoyed some amazing displays of lightning over the sea at night. The only drawback we found was the small garage space available at the property but a bigger one is available nearby. Zoagli is a lovely small seaside village with enough facilities for a short break without a car ( there is a train service) but a car proved a real asset for our 10 day holiday. Andrew

Summary: Paola was wonderful to work with. She met us at the property and guided us on where everything was and how to use the appliances. The property had everything you needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The apartment was new and modern and extremely organized. Paola also supplied us with cheese, crackers, cookies, croissants, beer, wine, Coke, and water. The place comes with 1 parking space in a garage below the apartment but your vehicle must be a small vehicle, we had a Volvo that was too wide and too long to fit. We parked on the street a short walk away and it was safe and convenient. The apartment is very convenient to the train station and perfect for taking day trips to each village of Cinque Terre and Portofino. If I were to go back to the Italian Riviera I would definitely stay here again.
